At ACE Peripherals, we strive to ensure your gear meets the highest standards of performance. If you are not completely satisfied with your electronics purchase, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Log into your account and navigate to the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the device in its original manufacturer packaging, including all cables, manuals, and accessories to ensure a full refund or exchange.

  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, keeping a copy of your tracking receipt for reference.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technical team verifies the item's condition and functionality, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
