We typically process orders within 1-2 business days. Standard shipping takes 3-5 business days, while expedited options are available at checkout for faster delivery.

Yes, all ACE Peripherals products come with a minimum 12-month manufacturer warranty covering technical defects and hardware malfunctions.
What is your return policy for opened items?
Items can be returned within 30 days. For opened electronics, a 15% restocking fee may apply, and the product must be returned with all original packaging and accessories.
Are your products compatible with both Windows and macOS?

How can I track the status of my shipment?
